Getting into Dallas, TX is easy!

Travel info and FAQ’s

You are responsible for booking your flights and hotel. Your tuition does not cover any travel related expenses. Book your flights for a Thursday night arrival, class will start at 8 am Friday, and we will terminate around 4 - 5 on Saturday. Return flights booked after 6:00 PM Saturday night are preferred.

Flight Information

Dallas, TX has 2 airports DFW and Dallas Love Field.

Typically, Dallas Love Field is easier to get in and out of, security lines are smaller, check in is quicker. Dallas Love Field is Southwest Airlines home base, it is located just north of Downtown Dallas.

However, if you are better served on American Airlines or Delta, then DFW is the better option for you. DFW is located half-way between Fort Worth and Dallas downtowns.

Our recommendation, is to utilize what Airline you prefer and then that determines the airport you fly into.

Facility Location

Cadavers are the central Tennant of our education and as such, we focus on holding the courses in a cadaver accepting facility. We hold our larger courses at Science Care medical training and education facility in Coppell, TX which is 5 minutes north of DFW airport. Science Care’s address is 820 W Sandy Lake Rd #300, Coppell, TX 75019.

For our smaller courses under 12 attendees we utilize the Medical Education and Training Institute of Dallas located inside SLR Medical at 331 Cole St Dallas, TX 75207.

Food and Community

Food Provided:

  • Breakfast - Friday and Saturday at the course

  • Lunch - Friday and Saturday at the course

  • Happy Hour / Dinner Friday Night. We invite you and your spouse (with notice) as it is a great time to meet other Full Arch surgeons. Happy hour is from 6:30 - 9:30 Friday Night.
